Fill out our Transport Request Form, and we’ll reach out to you within 1 to 2 business days. We’ll discuss the details of your shipment, guide you through the process, and send you a quote and Service Agreement. Then, sit back and relax – we take care of the rest.
02 — ☎️ We coordinate with your clinics
We personally contact your origin and destination clinics or cryobanks to collect essential details and coordinate logistics. To ensure smooth delivery, we expedite shipment planning to align with your schedule and the clinics’ availability.
03 — 📑 We take care of all the paperwork
We work directly with your clinics or cryobanks to obtain all necessary documents including:✓⃝ Release Authorization Form from your origin clinic/cryobank
✓⃝ Confirmation of Payment for storage and other fees from your origin clinic/cryobank
✓⃝ Transfer Approval between your origin and destination clinics/cryobanks
✓⃝ Medical paperwork such as serology and blood test results from your destination clinic/cryobank
✓⃝ Permits for international shipments (if applicable)**For transports to Mexico, you’ll need a COFEPRIS permit. Our team of lawyers help you obtain this permit quickly and easily.
04 — 🌎✈️ We quickly and safely transport your cells
To keep your cells safe and maintain minimal contact, your clinic’s lab professionals (embryologists/andrologists) handle the transfer of your cells from the origin lab storage to our cryogenic dry shipper. Your CRYOLOGISTICS courier then hand-carries the dry shipper containing your cells for the entire journey, taking the most direct route to your destination lab storage. They constantly monitor the weight and temperature, making sure your cells never go through an x-ray machine.
05 — 📲 We keep you updated
We keep you and your clinics in the loop at every stage of your shipment. You receive collection and delivery confirmations reviewed and signed by your lab specialists and CRYOLOGISTICS courier. Rest assured, your delivery will reach you – safe and secure – within just 24 to 72 hours.
